KOK jumps into the new season - Trainingcamp in Spain

Last week a group of 14 KOK Runners went to Murcia to prepare the coming season. Nice weather and a varied program in challenging terrain waited for the runners. KOK´s Headcoach Pascal Vieser is satisfied with the performance the runners showed during this week: “We had a couple of fast sessions to simulate relay situations and the runners showed that they are on the right way towards the big relays. With Daniel Hubmann we had a really good benchmark in each of the fast sessions and the level of the performances was already quite high. Even thought there is still some work to do but our runners are aware of this”, says Vieser with a smile.
